For founders, CEOs and the leaders beside them

More growth. More profit.Less weight on you.

We find where your organization is losing time, money and capacity. Then we work with your people until it's fixed.

AI may be part of the answer. The result is what matters.

30 to 90 minutes, shaped around you. No pitch. You leave knowing where your biggest opportunity is.

What are you trying to get back?

What would make the biggest difference right now?

Choose one. This is not a quiz. It is the first question we ask in every conversation.

You don't need another project. You need the business to work better.

Most organizations lose hours every week to work that should be easier.

  • Some of it is process.
  • Some of it is management.
  • Some of it is AI your people already use without a plan.

You know the opportunity is there. You don't have time to find it. That's where we start.

88%
of organizations use AI in at least one function. Only 7% have deployed it across the organization. McKinsey, 2025.
95%
of generative AI pilots fail, because of how organizations adopt, not the technology. MIT, 2025.

More life. More time. More room to lead.

The goal is not to add AI to your company. The goal is to make the company work better.

AI replaces the process, not the person. We measure the work in three ways, because dollars alone miss what matters most.

Time

Hours returned to your team. Time goes back to your clients, your pipeline and the work only your people can do.

Money

Economic value created or cost avoided. Fewer handoffs, less rework, better margins, more time with the clients who pay the bills.

Capacity

What the organization can take on with the time it gets back, without simply adding more people.

And what would you do with some of that time back?

Five questions. Two minutes.

The same questions open every executive briefing. Answer them for yourself first. Then send them to your leadership team and compare. The differences are where the work begins. Send the questions

Who you will work with

Same people. More output.

At inStream Solutions, 1,200 financial advisors worked across five systems that did not talk to each other. Carlos led the rebuild of the planning workflow around what an advisor actually does when a client is sitting across the table.

Planning time fell 80%. Advisor output rose 78%.

Revenue Streams is built on that lesson. Change the process. Keep the people. Give them back the time.

  • COO of an AR and AI venture in sports and entertainment, through its seed financing and platform build.
  • Led financial planning operations overseeing more than one billion dollars in assets under advisement.
  • Leadership roles inside CVS Health and IHG Hotels and Resorts.

Daniela Estrada leads the AI Strategy and Adoption Team. She has brought data and AI training to more than twenty companies across energy, manufacturing and education, in English and Spanish. Every engagement is led by Carlos with that team of six, all inside Revenue Streams and confidential by default.

How it starts

Three steps, starting with one conversation.

  1. 1

    The briefing

90 minutes with you and your leadership team. The five questions, an honest look at how AI is used today, and a clear first move before you leave.

  2. 2

    AI Training

The CEO first, then the leadership team, then every person. Built on your own work, in the tools you already pay for.

  3. 3

    AI Adoption

AI inside the daily work of the company, measured in hours returned, revenue gained and risk removed.

    Read about AI Adoption

Training takes weeks, not quarters. Adoption shows in the months that follow.

When AI shows where the company is stuck, management consulting joins the work. For the person carrying it all, there is executive advisory.

Leading Organizations Through the AI Era

30 CEOs, founders and managing partners in one room. The Mayor opened it. The Chamber asked for the next one.

On September 23, 2026, Revenue Streams hosted the inaugural Alexandria Executive Leadership Forum in Suite 701, with civic opening remarks from the Mayor of Alexandria. CEOs, managing partners and executive directors spent the morning on one question: what AI changes about leading a company.

Next session: Wednesday, November 18. Register for one session or all.

After the forum, the Alexandria Chamber asked Revenue Streams to host the next one.

Working with Carlos was exactly what I needed at a pivotal point in my entrepreneurial journey. As someone juggling multiple business ideas, his advice to focus on a single venture was invaluable. Honestly, it wasn't what I wanted to hear. Deep down I knew he was right, but it took me about three months after our conversation to finally commit and optimize around that focus. Sometimes the most powerful guidance is helping you see what to say no to. He introduced me to the Entrepreneur's Operating System, recommending "What the Heck Is EOS?" which gave me a much clearer framework for thinking about business operations. When I was preparing for a pitch competition for my startup at American University, he spent an hour reviewing my presentation and gave me honest, practical feedback about how my technical messaging might land with a general audience. He was spot on, and having that perspective ahead of time helped me understand the responses I received. I won the competition. Highly recommend for any entrepreneur who wants straightforward, experienced guidance. Five stars.

Before the first meeting

The questions CEOs ask first, answered plainly.

Who is this for?

Founders, CEOs and leaders of organizations, and the leadership teams around them, in Washington DC, Virginia, Maryland and Latin America. If your people are already using AI and you want it working for the business, it is for you.

What happens in the executive briefing?

90 minutes with you and your leadership team. The five questions, an honest look at how AI is used in your company today, and a clear first move before you leave.

Will AI replace our people?

AI replaces the process, not the person. The hours it gives back go to your clients, your pipeline and the work only your people can do.

What does it cost?

Every engagement is fixed scope and fixed fee, and the target is agreed before the first invoice. The fee depends on the size of the company and is shared in the briefing. No hourly billing.

Is our data safe?

Every engagement is confidential and under NDA, from the first briefing. Your information stays in your tools: the work runs on the AI licenses you already pay for, inside your own accounts, under your own administrator, and nothing moves to a tool you did not approve. What your people answer is read by the team working on your engagement and nobody else. Part of the work is writing the rules for which data may go into which tool, who decides, and how AI output is checked before it is used. Those rules are owned by your company. The full Responsible AI principles are published on this site.

Which AI tools do you work with?

The ones you already pay for, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot. Revenue Streams is a member of the Anthropic Claude Partner Network and works across all of them.

Is the briefing a commitment?

No. The briefing stands on its own. You leave with a clear first move whether or not you work with Revenue Streams afterward.

How much time does it take from our team?

Programs run in small groups alongside the work, so the business keeps running. The CEO and leadership team go first, and each group learns on its own real work.

How long does it take?

Weeks, not quarters. Programs run from a few weeks to about two months, and adoption is measured in the months that follow.

Who will we actually work with?

Carlos Coutin leads every engagement, with the six-person AI Strategy and Adoption Team. The people you meet are the people who do the work. English and Spanish.

Do you help write our AI policy?

Yes. Every engagement sets which data may go into which tool, and who decides. Those rules are written down and owned by your company.

Which departments does the work cover?

All of them. Sales and marketing, operations, finance, HR, admin and IT. Adoption is built around how each department actually works, on its own processes and in the tools it already has.

Results are the point

More growth. More profit. Less weight on you.

Start with a private executive briefing. 90 minutes, and you leave with three things you did not have: your leadership team's five answers side by side, a read on the AI already running inside the company, and one first move, in writing, by the next business day.

You leave with a clear first move whether or not you work with Revenue Streams afterward.
